Volt is at a crossroads on our journey to become a key political actor on the European stage. In order to seize our full potential, we need to grow - with ambition and empathy - and professionalize our teams and processes.

With my expertise in leading teams both as Engineering Manager at Wikimedia Germany and at Volt, I have learned how important it is to appreciate the vast amounts of energy our volunteers pour into our movement on all levels and to support diversity, so that it is visible throughout the party.

    Together with Kim Smouter, I coordinate and lead the Diversity Council for Volt Europe. We make sure that the plurality of experiences in our party gets heard and their voices amplified!

    Starting from June 2022, I am coordinating the policy work of Volt Germany, together with a team of highly engaged and capable leaders.
